Fine Print

• Minimums & Maximum: Parties require a minimum of 3 guests and have a limit of 15 guests maximum.

• Booking Deposit: A deposit is required to reserve your party date and time. The deposit goes toward your total party balance.

• Final Guest Count & Payment: Final pricing is based on the total number of guests attending PLUS taxes. Your final guest count and remaining balance are due 7 days prior to your event start date/time. Your final payment is based on your confirmed guest count.

• Cancellations:

  • Cancel 7+ days before your event: 100% refund.

  • Cancel within 7 days of your event: 50% refund.

  • Cancel within 24 hours of your event: Deposit is non-refundable.

• Instructor Tips: Additional tips for your instructor are always appreciated but never required.

• Late Arrivals: Your party will begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will not extend the scheduled party time. We encourage you and guests to arrive 15 minutes early!

• Guest Conduct: All guests are expected to respect the studio, instructor, staff, and other people in the space. Pole Den reserves the right to end a party early if guest behavior becomes unsafe or disruptive.
