Host a Workshop or Special Event
We’re always looking to bring new talent into the studio! Whether you’re hosting a workshop or a special event, we help with coordination, planning, and marketing to make your experience successful.
We welcome a wide range of offerings — from movement classes like Pilates or yoga, to creative experiences like sound baths, photoshoots, tattooing, tooth gems, and even curated shows or productions. If you can dream it, we can help build it.
Local and out-of-state creators are welcome to apply. Feel free to share with friends 💫
Good to know info
The application takes approximately 10-15 minutes to complete
Dates can be submitted as TBD and scheduled into our calendar later
All workshops/events must be approved and officially listed at least 1 month in advance
Workshops operate on a 70/30 revenue split (70% host / 30% studio)
Co-sponsored events operate on a 50/50 revenue split
Independently hosted events are typically studio rentals — email for pricing: info@poleden.com

1 Month Out: Ticket sales open + promotional push begins
Get Featured in Our Marketing Content
We love highlighting our community in motion. If you’ve been dancing, training, or creating at the studio, we invite you to share your favorite photos and videos for a chance to be featured in our social media, website, and marketing materials.
How to Get Featured
Submit your favorite photos or videos taken inside Pole Den or at a Pole Den event
Content must feature only you, or include complete consent forms from all identifiable people in the media
Submissions may be used across marketing channels including social media, email, and promotional content
We may lightly edit content for branding purposes (cropping, color adjustments, blurring, zooming, formatting). But no photoshopping/ editing.
